Grand Rapids, MI – September 8, 2025 – Northgate Resorts has expanded its portfolio with the addition of five new parks. Four of the properties are now under Northgate’s management in California and Oregon, and the company has also acquired Williamsburg Campground in Virginia.

Acquisition of Williamsburg Campground
In addition to these management agreements, Northgate has completed the acquisition of Williamsburg Campground in Virginia. Conveniently located near Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Busch Gardens, the campground offers wooded campsites, deluxe cabins, and family-friendly amenities. The property serves as a hub for history enthusiasts and outdoor adventurers, providing a mix of traditional camping and modern comforts in one of the East Coast’s most visited regions.
