Northgate Resorts Launches Property Operations Mgt. App

Northgate Resorts, one of the largest operators of premier camping resorts in the nation, announces the launch of the brand’s mobile app, Northgate Checklist, a tool designed to enhance and streamline daily property operations. Northgate Resorts currently operates 30 award-winning camp resorts across the country, including several Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park™ and Camp Fimfo locations, according to a press release.

Designed to streamline both brand portfolio and individual property operations, the Northgate Checklist App integrates three third-party softwares: Onsping, an automated business process solution; Asana, a work management platform; and Paycor, a human resources platform. Northgate Resorts employees can track the completion of various checklists, including site visits, safety checks and 100-point cabin inspections, as well as complete work orders and daily aquatics inspections on one singular platform.

In addition to task completion, the app also allows team members to effortlessly document inspections with detailed descriptions and accompanying photos and videos. If any inspections do not meet expected standards, the app automates the task within Asana, assigning responsibility to the appropriate personnel to address and resolve.
